New construction

    This section encompasses recently built homes and development projects.  These properties are typically in urban areas in villages or cities such as Baza or Guadix.

    New build zoning requirements will be determined by each town hall.  New constructions in rural areas are built respecting the regulations of distance between homes¸ type of land (irrigated or non-irrigated) and other criteria such as the minimum plot sizes or building plot classifications.
